  • Classes are open to all levels.
  • Punch Cards Available; 10 classes for $110, good for 2 months (cash or check only).
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Practice yoga on an empty stomach.
  • Bring water and a towel - you will sweat!
  • The room is kept warm to help your muscles stretch.
