- $150/ month for unlimited classes (cash or check only).
- Classes are open to all levels.
- Punch Cards Available; 10 classes for $110, good for 2 months (cash or check only).
- Please arrive 10 minutes early.
- Practice yoga on an empty stomach.
- Bring water and a towel - you will sweat!
- The room is kept warm to help your muscles stretch.
